Immune Boosting Juice

I love to nourish my body with home pressed juices on a regular basis, like this Immune Boosting Juice . This is one of my go-to juice recipes for the winter to give my family’s immune system a boost when there are a lot of bugs flying around. I find it best to support my body with amazing nutrients every day so that if I do get a cold or bug, my body is able to deal with it easily and effortlessly.  This recipe is a healthy and easy way to pack nutrients into your body.  A delicious juice that the whole family will enjoy.

This Immune Boosting juice is:

Packed full of Beta-carotene (a form of vitamin A) from the carrots.

Loaded with Vitamin C from the blood oranges. And we all know how beneficial vitamin C is for our immune systems.

Loaded with antibacterial properties from the Ginger. Making it an immune powerhouse.

 DID YOU KNOW THAT? Not all juices are created the same. Most store-bought orange juice is boiled.

Store bought juices look like they are high in vitamin C. Yes, on the bottle it does say that it is loaded with vitamin C. But, don’t let them fool you!!! They add powdered vitamin C in after they pasteurize (boil) the juice, this is not the same as the natural vitamin C. To truly get the most benefits from juices it is best if they are freshly squeezed juices from home.

This recipe is designed for 2 juices. But you can double or triple the recipe to get the amount you are looking for. Everyone loves ginger in different doses, so know you can always add more if you like a little extra ginger spice.

Know that if you are going to store this, put it in a large glass jar with a lid and consume within two days. The longer it is stored the more nutrients are lost. But, I get we all have a life and don’t necessarily want to be cleaning a juicer every day. So make enough for a couple days and enjoy.

  • 8 large carrots.
  • 4 blood oranges (regular is fine too)
  • 1-inch ginger


  • Wash all your produce.
  • Peel oranges.
  • Place ginger into juice first, followed by oranges and then carrots.
  • Enjoy 🙂
